About Me

My name is Kaiesha George, I'm 19 years old and I'm in my 3rd semester of my first year in the University of the Southern Caribbean. I love cooking, listening to music preferably old R&B and going to the movies with friends. I love spending time with kids and elderly persons. Growing up my dream was to become a pediatrician because I loved communicating with kids. I moved through my academic career with this dream in mind. I was later placed in the sciences class where I was able to learn the subjects necessary for a future medical student. While most people went on to university after Form 5 I decided to stay and continue my studies at A level. I felt the need to do this because I did not believe I was mature enough to attend University for I was 15 at the time. I graduated Vessigny Secondary at 18 and began the process of registering for University.

I've always wanted to pursue  a career in medicine and USC provided a programme that I felt was made for me (B Sc. Nursing programme).

 So far my experience has been great with minor difficulties. This is expected in all tertiary level institutions. I will however recommend this degree to anyone who has the desire of becoming a great nurse. Your batch mates and dedicated teachers makes this experience worthwhile . I created this blog so that those who are interested in the life of a nursing student could join me in my journey.
